For Vienna Airport we studied the current and future (expansion) airport-terminal logistics operations and infrastructure. Next to the redevelopment of the logistics model and process, we have brought alignment for the required business objectives of Vienna Airport. Which included the commercial model, contracting and business structure (JV-company).
